Will this short course really work when I've been struggling for so long?

Absolutely! If you're ready to commit to the course, take it seriously and do the work- it doesn't matter how long you've been struggling for. The Thrive Programme® has shown great success in people struggling with their mental health for a from a few months and up to 75 years!! With The Thrive Programme®, the amount of time you've been struggling will not get in the way of your Thriving, and it wont make the process longer either!

This sounds great for a friend of mine, how can I get her to talk to you?

If you know someone you feel would benefit from The Thrive Programme® have them have a look at the site and testimonials, let them get a feel for what we do here. If they're interested they can book a free initial consultation and learn more. This is something they need to want, not something we can talk them into. If they really WANT to make a change and will follow through, we are totally here for them!

I'm currently going to therapy. Can I continue seeing my therapist while going through the programme?

You can, but we don't recommend this as there is nothing like this programme, so it’s very likely that any other intervention you are going through will conflict in some manner, lessening the positive effect. Additionally, the programme involves sustained effort, so it’s important to devote full attention to it. It’s important to realize that it’s YOU doing the work

I dont have much time, which parts of the programme are best to focus on to overcome my symptoms?

That's not exactly how The Thrive Programme® works. You can't pick individual exercises to focus on and ignore the rest, even if they don't seem relevant to you, and expect the same results. The Thrive Programme® is a complete course and if you really want to overcome your symptoms, thrive and learn to love your life, you'll need to be committed to the full course. The good news is, this isn't a very long course so all you need is to set aside 30 minutes a day for this and within 6-8 weeks you'll be done and symptom free!!

I'm really excited about this, I need to get rid of my symptoms ASAP! Is there a way to do this quickly? 

Setting yourself unrealistic goals to get over your challenges quickly and easily is more likely to set you back. You are more likely to overreact to any blips or perceived failures and believe that you’ve ‘failed’ or can’t do it.

Once you start the programme and practice, you will start to build your belief that change is possible. It does take effort over a period to change your life for good. You are in the driving seat of how much you progress.

Boot Camp

I’M ON MEDICATION TO HELP WITH MY PHOBIA, DO I HAVE TO STOP THIS TO START THE PROGRAMME?

We never recommend that clients change or stop their medication when going through the programme – you don’t want anything to unsettle you. We are not doctors, so we do not make medication recommendations. Therefor, if you are interested in making a change with regards to medication, always consult your health care provider on these matters before you start.
